1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Glacier's Goodies ("Sponsor"), located at 12345 Lake City Way NE, #3252, Seattle, WA 98125. Questions may be directed to info@glaciersgoodies.com.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway begins on Oct 27, 2026 and ends on Nov 17, 2026; 11:59PM Pacific Time ("Giveaway Period").
Entries must be received during the Giveaway Period to be eligible.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter. No purchase is necessary.
Option 1: Qualifying Purchase
During the Giveaway Period, eligible customers who purchase any non-food product from Glacier's Goodies at www.glaciersgoodies.com will automatically receive one (1) entry into the giveaway.
Qualifying products include treat pouches, lick mats, enrichment bowls, and the Zen Garden Bowl. Food products, including treats and toppers, do not qualify.
Option 2: Free Online Entry
Eligible individuals may enter without making a purchase by completing and submitting the free-entry form on this page during the Giveaway Period.
No payment, purchase, or shipping fee is required to submit a free entry.
Early Purchases: Customers who purchased a qualifying non-food enrichment item between October 16 and October 26, 2026, will also receive one (1) entry into the giveaway, provided they meet all eligibility requirements, including following @glaciersgoodies on Instagram. The limit of one (1) entry per person applies regardless of purchase date or entry method.
Entry Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period, regardless of entry method. Purchasing additional products, placing multiple orders, or submitting additional entry forms will not increase the chances of winning.
All eligible entries will be included in the same random drawing. Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of winning, regardless of entry method. A purchase will not increase an individual's chances of winning.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Glacier's Goodies Taiyaki Hide-and-Treat Toy sample.
The prize is a preproduction sample and may differ from the final retail version.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $22 USD.
The prize is nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the prize becomes unavailable, the Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value.
Shipping to the winner within the United States will be provided at no cost.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
One potential winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The drawing will take place on or about Nov 20, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The winner does not need to be present at the drawing.
7. Winner Notification and Prize Claim
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their entry.
The potential winner must respond within five (5) calendar days of notification and provide the information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and arrange prize delivery.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or is determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected through another random drawing.
The prize will be shipped within 30 days after the winner's eligibility and shipping information have been confirmed.
8. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with accepting the prize. The Sponsor may request tax documentation if required by applicable law.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected through the giveaway will be used to administer entries, verify eligibility, contact the winner, and fulfill the prize.
Entering does not automatically subscribe participants to marketing communications.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Glacier's Goodies Privacy Policy.
The Sponsor may disclose the winner's first name and state of residence as required or permitted by applicable law. No additional publicity rights are granted by entering.
10. General Conditions
The Sponsor may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, submitted outside the Giveaway Period, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical problems, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise its fair administration, subject to applicable law.
The Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures or transmission errors that prevent entries from being received.
All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.
11. Winners Information
To request the winner's first name and state of residence, email info@glaciersgoodies.com with the subject line "Giveaway Winner Request" within 30 days after the Giveaway Period ends.
