Return & Refund Policy (D2C – No Returns)

At Glacier’s Goodies, the health and safety of your pets is our top priority. Because our dog treats are food products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, even in cases of damage during shipping.

No Returns or Exchanges

To maintain product integrity and food safety, we do not accept any returns — used or unused. Once products leave our facility, they cannot be restocked or resold.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We pack every order with care. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at azusa@glaciersgoodies.com. While we do not offer refunds, we’ll do our best to resolve the issue where possible, depending on the situation.

Wholesale Orders
